A Little Bit of History

Bro. Ron was saved as a young man,
shortly after his return from serving our
country in Viet Nam. In June of 1968
he received Christ as his Saviour.
In July of 1969 he met his wife, Loretta.
Although she thought herself to be
saved, she  later received Christ,
November 1969.  They were married,
October 16, 1970.

Bro. Ron has attended Bible School and
attained a BA degree.  He has been in
the ministry as a Pastor and also as  
Associate Pastor for over twenty five
years, before the Lord calling him into
missions.

Bro. Ron Jones has served as a
missionary to the people of India for
over twelve years.  He and his wife
Loretta, have been married for
thirty-eight years.  God blessed them
with seven  children (one child is in
heaven) and ten grandchildren (one in
heaven).  

Two sons are pastoring and
his oldest daughter is a pastor's wife.
Elizabeth is married to Mr. William E. Sanderson, Stationed in Charleston, SC, serving in the U.S. Navy.   Kirsten & Rebekah are
serving the Lord through the ministry
and our home church. They are young
ladies with a heart for missions and the
Lord's work.  They are eager to follow
the Lord, by following the teachings of the Bible.  

God has truly blessed the
Ron Jones family.

independent missionaries out of and
through their local church, Welcome
Road Baptist Church in Newnan, Ga.,
